We have the responsibility to seek social justice for all and to speak for youth's rights and equality under the law.
Value of Family Life
 The Inn of Windsor believes that family life offers the best opportunity for meeting the developmental needs and social needs of each youth.
We believe that a youth should be separated from their family only when circumstances, problems with parents or problems of the individual youth are such that even with intervention, they cannot receive the care and treatment needed while residing in their own home or community.
We believe that family wounds can be healed and our ultimate responsibility is to return, if possible, the youth to their family life.

The Inn of Windsor places value on the entitlements and rights of youth and is committed to providing the basic and special needs of those in care.
